Winter Runnerland 2013
5k / 10k / Half Marathon

You have from January 1st - 31st, 2013 to complete & report your "race times". Prizes are not based on time however.

This is a virtual race for the month of JANUARY 2013 - pick your distance and some friends and stay motivated during the cold winter months!!!

Medals will be shipped out to you as SOON as we get them in January regardless if you complete the distance or not. We believe that even if you didn't complete the distance, having the medal will guilt you into completing it at some time or another. ;) This is a motivation thing not a punishment - so whether you complete the distance in Jan or 6 months from then you EARNED this medal and we know it will be a great source of motivation to complete it eventually ;)

DISCLAIMER: This is a FUN race. By submitting a race time you are stating that you won't run in super cold conditions if it is dangerous and will stay properly hydrated, you wont whine and complain if you don't win a prize, you will eat all your veggies at dinner time, and you will say 'hi' or 'good morning' to other runners as you pass them. You also understand that prizes will only be awarded to participants in the USA and Canada. You are also agreeing that you will run SAFELY - and wear proper gear whether reflective or sweat wicking and you will choose a safe route. Our prizes are completely random and you are agreeing that whatever prize you win - you will use your own judgment as to whether or not it is something you should use for running or exercising. You agree that Moms RUN This Town and the chapter leaders are not responsible for any injury while running the virtual race. Runners are to run at their own risk and ability. Basically you can't sue us regardless of what happens :)
