Sorry this is mid-month, lots of awesome things going on at MRTT Headquarters (new chapters, new website, new blog, new companies that want to give yall free stuff……) so we got a little distracted :)
This month’s challenge is easy. Take the number 20 and subtract the number of miles you just ran. Then do that many pushups, crunches, and jump n’ jacks after!
Here’s an example…
If you run 13 miles: 20-13 =7
You will do 7 crunches, 7 pushups and 7 jump n’ jacks. Girlie pushups count ;)
2 miles? 20-2=18
18 pushups, 18 crunches, 18 jump n’ jacks
Yes, you can split up the pushups if you need to – but you gotta get them in before the day is over!! SEE I told you it was EASY!
Do them for every run from now till the end of the month. Each time you do it, come back here and comment saying your mileage and that you did it and you earn an entry!!!
