Not gonna lie – I had NO clue it was International Yoga Day today! Annnnnd since I’ve been (slowly) getting into yoga I couldn’t resist finding good yoga poses for runners and attempting to do them and share them with you ;)  I will say that it’s probably best to do a google search for the names of the poses and read how to do them properly.  I had to text my yoga instructor the photos to ask her “is this right?” and I did my best to make adjustments accordingly…. but without her being here to put me in the correct position I just had to do my darndest ;)  Oh – and if you fall in love with my leggings (I know you will because they are AWESOME hehe)  You can now find them on our online store here: http://momsrunthistown.com/product/coral-garden-leggings/
